K. Rodger Davis
Twenty one years of banking experience. Most recently served as the Executive Vice President of the $290 million revenue sized Commercial Products Group where he was responsible for all aspects of the business including commercial banking, commercial real estate banking and all specialty finance lines of business including leveraged finance through Provident Capital Corp, asset-based lending, and all mezzanine, direct equity and fund investing. He is responsible for the acquisitions and growth of Capstone Realty Advisors and Red Capital, a specialty provider of debt capital to the multi-family and healthcare industries. In addition, he was responsible for all non-credit products and services including treasury management, international and merchant services. He spent almost 18 years at Provident on the commercial side of the business. Prior to Provident, he worked for FBS Mortgage, a national real estate lending division of First Bank Systems (now US Bank), and Centralbanc Mortgage Company, a national real estate lending division of The Central Trust Company (now PNC Bank). He has a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
Barry A. Peterson
Sixteen years of Asset-Based, Commercial Banking and Technology Finance lending experience and four years of industry management experience. Most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Commercial Products Group of Provident Bank where he was responsible for credit administration and portfolio management of the $5.0 billion commercial banking portfolio, sales and product development, numerous special projects. He served on the Risk Management, Portfolio Management and Executive Loan Committees. He was also responsible for starting and building Provident Business Credit, a national asset-based lending business with $650 million in loans. He worked with Rodger Davis at Provident for eight years. Prior to Provident, he was responsible for sales and marketing of American Louver Company. He also spent 10 years with Continental Bank in Chicago and Los Angeles and is credited with building the Bank's West Coast presence for its Business Credit Group and for helping start and build its Technology Finance Business. He has B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame with studies in the London School of Business.
