Structure: Senior and/or Subordinated debt, and to lesser extent, preferred and common stock
Asset: Companies operating in a broad range of manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and service industries
Term: 5 - 7 years
Pricing: Competitive floating rates and fees adjusted for risk and leverage. Yields achieved through combination of current pay, accruals, front and backend fees, participation interests, success fees and warrants
