REAL ESTATE

Borrowers: Special purpose entities controlled by experienced owners and operators of commercial properties

Loan Size: $1MM to $100MM

Structure: Senior, second mortgage or mezzanine loan secured by real estate partnership or LLC interest

Asset: Institutional quality multifamily, office, retail, industrial, medical office, hotels, residential

Term: 5 - 7 years

Pricing: Competitive floating rates and fees adjusted for risk and leverage. Yields achieved through combination of current pay, accruals, front and backend fees, profit sharing and equity participation

CORPORATE

Borrowers: Privately-owned middle market companies

Loan Size: $1MM to $100MM

Structure: Senior and/or Subordinated debt, and to lesser extent, preferred and common stock

Asset: Companies operating in a broad range of manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and service industries

Term: 5 - 7 years

Pricing: Competitive floating rates and fees adjusted for risk and leverage. Yields achieved through combination of current pay, accruals, front and backend fees, participation interests, success fees and warrants
