Overview

We act for our private capital clients on the structuring and the execution of continuation funds, including advising on the terms and structure of the asset transfer, the continuation fund vehicle and the carry rollover. We also act for our sponsor clients on GP-led secondaries.

When not acting on the sponsor side, we also act for a handful of the lead investors into these structures.

Advised Volpi on the structuring and raising of Volpi Capital Investments Conti LP, a continuation vehicle established to acquire assets from Volpi Capital’s first institutional fund.
